Finca Rústica situada a 5 km de la localidad de Olvera (Cádiz), con acceso desde la Carretera Nacional A-384.
Finca rústica dedicada al cultivo de secano y en su mayoría de matorral bajo. Su orografía es ligeramente ondulada, con una altura media entorno a los 600 mts. sobre el nivel del mar.
Presenta una declinación en su orografía con bajada de sur a norte, con pequeñas cotas o elevaciones en el paraje denominado Cerro de las Carastas cuyo mayor elevación está en un cerro con una cota de 688 mts.
La finca está partida en dos por la carretera A-384 que la divide, situándose la mayoría de la finca en la parte norte. Dicha carretera por donde la divide, es lindante con la finca en una longitud de 2.067 mts. ·
Por el tercio norte de la finca, la atraviesa un túnel de suroeste a noreste donde discurre la antigua traza de ferrocarril que pretendía unir Jerez con Almargen y que nunca llegó a funcionar.
Ahora es una vía verde para senderismo. Dicha vía sólo aparece a cielo descubierto dentro de la finca en sus extremos.
Existe un camino por su lado oeste que recorre de norte a sur la finca hasta llegar a una cantera existente en el paraje de Rancho de Recacha. Este mismo camino enlaza con la cañada de los Carbones que le viene por el oeste y continúa en dirección este hasta alcanzar la edificación principal. Otro camino discurre por su lado este de norte a sur hasta llegar al extremo oriental del tunel de la vía verde. Otro camino es el que da acceso a la finca desde la carretera A-384 y conecta con la edificación principal. En el tercio sur de la finca y siempre al sur de la carretera A-384, aparecen dos caminos: uno lo parte en dos de noroeste a sureste, que es el camino de Alcalá a Pruna y otro que divide esta zona de suroeste a noreste.
La totalidad de la finca está inscrita en dos fincas registrales.
Nota: En las escrituras sólo aparecen las edificaciones como nombre de las fincas, pero sin especificar edificaciones existentes ni sus dimensiones, es decir, aparecen las denominaciones de "Cortijo conocido con el nombre de Breña" y "Un cortijo nombrado de Recacha" para identificar los nombres de las fincas.
EDIFICACIONES
-Cortijo Principal de las Breñas: Dispone de varias edificaciones y naves, siendo el total construido entorno a 840 m2
-Ruinas al norte del Cortijo Las Breñas: Constituye una serie de ruinas con algunas paredes en pie y sin cubiertas o tejado alguno. Está situada al sur de una peña que se encuentra al norte del Cortijo de Las Breñas.
Estas ruinas parecen como pertenecientes a una antigua fortaleza o Castillo.
-Cortijo de Recacha: Edificación que da nombre a su finca registral y que formó parte del conocido por Castillo de Vallehermoso. Se accede desde el camino que desemboca en la cañada real de Carbones y que se
conecta con el Cortijo de Las Breñas. Básicamente es una edificación en "L" con una superficie construida de 175 m2.
CULTIVOS
Si consideramos la división de la finca en función de la productividad agraria, encontramos que la mayoría de ella está dedicada a pastos y matorral, mientras que las tierras de labor dedicadas a cultivo de secano, sobrepasan en poco el 20º/o del total. Aparece de forma testimonial un poco más de una hectárea de olivar, aunque aparezcan más unidades de olivos diseminados en los alrededores, sumando un total de 167 olivos, todos en
la zona sur de la finca.

Finca Rústica located 5 km from the town of Olvera (Cádiz), with access from the National Road A-384.
This rustic property is dedicated to dry farming and the majority of the land is under scrubland. Its orography is slightly undulating, with an average height of around 600 metres above sea level.
The terrain slopes downwards from south to north, with small peaks or elevations in the area known as Cerro de las Carastas, whose highest point is a hill at 688 m above sea level.
The estate is split in two by the A-384 road that divides it, with the majority of the estate in the northern part. This road divides it, bordering the farm for a length of 2,067 m (2,067 m). -
A tunnel runs through the northern third of the estate from south-west to north-east, where the old railway line that was intended to link Jerez with Almargen, which never came into operation, runs.
It is now a greenway for hiking. This track only appears in the open air within the estate at its ends.
There is a road on the west side that runs from north to south of the estate until it reaches a quarry in the Rancho de Recacha area. This same road connects with the Los Carbones ravine that comes from the west and continues in an easterly direction until it reaches the main building. Another road runs along its eastern side from north to south until it reaches the eastern end of the greenway tunnel. Another path leads to the estate from the A-384 road and connects with the main building. In the southern third of the estate and always to the south of the A-384 road, there are two roads: one divides it in two from northwest to southeast, which is the road from Alcalá to Pruna, and the other divides this area from southwest to northeast.
The whole of the property is registered in two fincas.
Note: In the deeds only the buildings appear as names of the properties, but without specifying existing buildings or their dimensions, i.e. the names "Cortijo conocido con el nombre de Breña" and "Un cortijo nombrado de Recacha" are used to identify the names of the properties.
BUILDINGS
-Cortijo Principal de las Breñas: It has several buildings and sheds, with a total built area of around 840 m2.
-Ruins to the north of Cortijo Las Breñas: This is a series of ruins with some walls still standing and no roofs. It is located to the south of a crag to the north of the Cortijo de Las Breñas.
These ruins look like they belong to an ancient fortress or castle.
-Cortijo de Recacha: A building that gives its name to its registered estate and which formed part of what is known as the Vallehermoso Castle. It is accessed from the road that leads to the Royal Cattle Track of Carbones and which connects with the Cortijo de Las
and which connects with the Cortijo de Las Breñas. It is basically an "L" shaped building with a constructed area of 175 m2.
CROPS
If we consider the division of the estate in terms of agricultural productivity, we find that most of it is dedicated to pasture and scrubland, while the arable land dedicated to dry farming, slightly exceeds 20º/o of the total. A little more than one hectare of olive groves is token, although there are more olive trees scattered in the surrounding area, totalling 167 olive trees, all of them in the southern part of the farm.
